Thimphu City can confirm today that an agreement has been reached with Transport United for the transfer of midfield sensation Dawa Tshering.

Dawa was recognized as the most valuable player twice in the past BPL seasons. Hishey Tshering, the president said “He is a proven player and would make a difference for the club.” The deal makes Dawa the new club recording signing and the most expensive player in Bhutan.

The Bhutanese international will be assigned squad number 24.
