Punakha: Thimphu City FC have emerged champions of the 2020 Bhutan Premier League after defeating Tensung FC for an unassailable lead at the top of the standings.
Thimphu’s 6-2 win against Tensung FC took them to 37 points, nine ahead of second-placed Ugyen Academy, who only have two matches remaining.
Thimphu FC have dethroned Paro FC as the champions of Bhutan.
