Five more Bangladeshi Women footballers head to Bhutan for National League

Five Bangladeshi female footballers have travelled to Bhutan to participate in the Bhutan National Women’s League, further strengthening the representation of Bangladesh in the competition.

The players, who left Dhaka on Sunday morning, will join the league alongside four others who had already made the journey on 6 April.

The players heading to Thimphu are: Masura Parvin, Rupna Chakma, Sanjida Akhtar, Maria Manda, and Shamsunnahar Senior. Masura and Rupna will play for Thimphu City FC, while Sanjida, Maria, and Shamsunnahar will represent Transport United.
